Protecting your privacy is a top priority with the FCS Commercial Finance Group. Any personal information that you send us will be held in strict confidence.

Our group will not sell or trade your personal information to marketing or information brokers. We are committed to fully complying with the laws and regulations that have been established to protect the confidentiality of your information. Farm Credit Administration regulations forbid directors and employees of Farm Credit institutions from disclosing personal borrower information to others without your consent. Farm Credit Administration rules provide for disclosure of customer information to others only in the following situations.

• We may provide it to another Farm Credit institution with which you conduct business.

• We can be a credit reference for you with other lenders and provide information to a credit bureau or other consumer-reporting agency.

• Farm Credit System examiners may review customer files during regular examinations of our group.

• We may provide licensing agencies limited required information necessary for employees to become licensed.

• We may provide required information in certain types of legal or law enforcement proceedings.
